Patient came to us over the summer with a broken maxillary central incisor. After talking over options, we decided upon the treatment of extracting this tooth and placing an implant at the same time (immediate implant). We then placed a zirconia screw-retained crown after proper healing had taken place. He is happy with the results and glad to have a new tooth! He told us that he didn’t want the tooth to match exactly perfectly, so that it would look more natural.
