What is it? The Wand is essentially a computer-controlled dental injection. The flow rate of the local anaesthetic is controlled by a computer. This means that the injection is guaranteed to be slow and steady and therefore comfortable.
Even though Milestone Scientific – the manufacturers of the Wand – now call their products CompuDent and STA (Single Tooth Anesthesia) System, we’ll still call it the Wand here – because a lot of people with needle phobia describe it as their “Magic Wand”! This can be very reassuring for people with previous bad experiences.
Before & After Photos – Carolyn
Carolyn was missing her canines for most of her life. We placed two implants with crowns, and two veneers. The result looks very natural!
Before & After Photos – Chris
Chris had visible decay on his front teeth and his lower back teeth were in bad shape. We placed three dental implants in the back and fixed his smile with bonding and white filling.

Dr. Walton and his team are so wonderful! They are always in high spirits and make sure you are satisfied with their results. I have been going to Dr. Walton for many years and along with routine dental care, he also handled my orthodontia. He and his staff are very knowledgeable and make sure you understand every procedure, every step of the way. I couldn’t be happier that I happened upon his practice when I moved to Greenwood.Abrianne D.
